    Select the duration that best fits your pet's day:

    15-Minute Visit: Perfect for a quick bathroom break, a litter box scoop, or feeding fresh water.

    30-Minute Visit: Ideal for a standard midday walk, fresh food/water, and quick companion check-in.

    45-Minute Visit: Great for pets needing a longer walk, extended playtime, or extra attention.

    60-Minute Visit: Maximum love and care, excellent for multi-pet households or high-energy breeds.

    Need more time? Contact us to discuss extended, custom-timed drop-in sessions.

  • Dedicated Companion & Home Security

    Keep your pets safe, comfortable, and happy in their own environment. Our premium overnight care ensures your pet's evening, sleeping, and morning routines are completely uninterrupted while you are away.

    What’s Included: A dedicated 9-hour overnight stay to provide continuous companionship and home security, plus an included 30-minute midday drop-in visit the following day for a potty break and extra love.

    Also Includes: Evening and morning feedings, fresh water refills, mail/package retrieval, and detailed photo/video updates.

  • Safe & Reliable Rides for Your Best Friend

    When life gets busy, we ensure your pet gets where they need to go without any disruption to your day. We offer safe, comfortable pet transportation to and from local destinations.

    Perfect For: Vet appointments, grooming sessions, or daycare drop-offs and pick-ups.

  • Experienced & Trusted Support

    We believe health needs shouldn't get in the way of excellent care. We are fully trained to administer your pet's specific medical treatments safely and on time.

    Oral & Topical Medications: Administered precisely according to your vet's instructions at no extra charge.

    Subcutaneous (Sub-Q) Injections: Provided with gentle, experienced care for a flat fee of $25 per day.

  • Holiday Peak Service Fee

    To support our team during high-demand peak days, a flat holiday fee applies to all services scheduled on observed holidays.

    Holiday Fee: An additional flat rate of $20 per day per holiday.

    Observed Holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the Day after Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

  • Booking Changes & Cancellations

    Because we reserve dedicated time explicitly for your pet, we enforce a tiered cancellation policy based on notice given prior to the start of your booking.

    Over 5 Days' Notice: Eligible for a 100% refund.

    3 to 5 Days' Notice: Eligible for a 75% refund.

    1 to 3 Days' Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund.

    Less Than 1 Day's Notice: No refund will be issued.
